Beam current distribution in ATOMKI microprobe for determination of its brightness distribution

Values of the current passed through different rectangular windows of the object and angular collimators and measured by Faraday cup with integrator. Obtained beam current distribution was fitted to the Gaussian for determination of its brightness distribution parameters.
