Emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and life satisfaction in Polish teachers during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic

Description

The data include a sample of 322 teachers from Poland. The web-based survey was performed between November 2020 and January 2021, during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in Poland. The survey included the Multi-Factor Emotional Intelligence Scale (MEIS), Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) - short form, and Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS). The mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between emotional intelligence and life satisfaction was examined and partially confirmed in the study.
