This dataset comprises responses gathered from a user research survey conducted to delve into individuals' wellness and fitness routines, challenges, preferences, and attitudes toward online fitness services. Administered through Google Forms, the survey captured demographic details like location, gender, and age, along with data on education level and current fitness regimens. Participants also shared insights into the primary obstacles hindering their adherence to a regular fitness routine and their inclination toward remote/online fitness training. Additionally, the survey probed into preferences for fitness service providers, covering aspects such as pricing, expertise credibility, language of instruction, and flexibility of training schedules. Utilizing Power BI for analytics, this dataset offers valuable insights for developers and researchers in the fitness and wellness technology domain, aiding in understanding user needs and preferences to inform the development of fitness applications and services.
