Raw data and model code associated with Desforges et al. (2019) paper published in Ecological Modeling. Raw data include body weight at age for captive muskoxen at the Large Animal Research Station (LARS) at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and body weight and composition for wild muskoxen on Victoria Island (Canada). For additional details on captive animals, contact John Blake (jeblake@alaska.edu). For additional details on the wild animals, contact Jan Adamczewski (Jan_Adamczewski@gov.nt.ca). The NetLogo model code is also provided and was developed and applied using NetLogo version 6.0.2. For additional information on the model, please contact Jean-Pierre Desforges (jpd@bios.au.dk). Further information about the data and model can be found in the associated paper (Desforges et al., 2019).
