Müllerian duct anomalies (MDAs) are congenital uterine abnormalities resulting from incorrectly developed Müllerian ducts. Septate uterus is a genetic abnormality. It’s not known what causes it to occur. It happens as the embryo is developing. All uteri begin development as two tubes that eventually fuse and become one uterus at the midline of the body. In a septate uterus, these two tubes do not fuse together effectively. In other hand you may face another fetal congenital anomaly like, Gastroschisis is a rare congenital abdominal wall defect in which the intestines, and occasionally the stomach and/or the liver protruding into the amniotic space This happen when 22 years old woman presented to us with pregnancy of sixth month with vaginal bleeding, she is known for previous two mid-trimestaric miscarriage which the etiology of it was unknown, Ultrasound reveal intrauterine fetal death, of 24 weeks Gestation complicated with Gastroschisis breach presentation minor placenta previa. and Sapetat uterus not reaching the cervix. This case nead Multidisciplinary team and expertise sonogrophist and urgent wise decision to safe mother and thinking of future pregnancy. Our descriptive methodology in this case to describe a genetic phenomenon happened to the mother and Congenital anomaly to the fetus and how the medical team explore the option treatment with the best of the patient future purpose of pregnancy
