Description

Data collected within a sample of 613 university teachers of eight Spanish public universities on diversity beliefs, attitudes, and practices, as well as on predictors of these variables (personality traits, ideological attitudes, perceived discrimination). Data support predictive relationships between personal and Diversity variables. Full information about the theoretical framework, hypotheses, method, results and discussion has been submitted for publication.

Steps to reproduce

A survey-based study was conducted using five instruments. An invitation was sent in a mass-email that informed about the link to the survey, created in a free software platform. Participants responded online after giving their consent. Full information about the theoretical framework, hypotheses, method, results and discussion has been submitted for publication.
