Description

Vulvar cancer is a rare form of gynecologic malignancy, accounting for approximately 4% of all gynecologic cancers. Nevertheless, the available data on vulvar cancer are constrained due to its low incidence rate. Nonetheless, numerous studies have examined the association between clinical and pathological characteristics, treatment modalities, and survival outcomes. In this study aimed to investigate the ascertain prognostic indicators together with significance of p16, p53, and PD-L1 expression as biomarkers in predicting progression-free (PFS) and overall survival (OS) in vulvar cancers.
