We aimed to develop a probabilistic Markov model comparing patient survival following fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair (FEVAR) and observation of complex abdominal aortic aneurysms (cAAA). We focused on patients with limited life expectancy who may not derive survival benefit from FEVAR relative to observation. This repository contains: 1. An Excel file named "Model" with the probabilistic Markov model and its Visual Basic script (software code). 2. A word document named "Model Description" to guide the reader in interpreting and/or running the Markov model. 3. A word document named "References" to list references used for model parameters.
