The Effect of Digital Literacy Training on Human Resource Development as a Mediating Factor in the Association Between Entrepreneurial Performance and Intention to Leave
Description
This dataset contains the results of the research instrument testing carried out by evaluating the outer model measurement model to determine the specifications of the relationship between latent variables and their manifest variables, this test includes convergent validity, discriminate validity, composite reliability and Cronbach alpha. In addition, this dataset also contains the results of processing using Smart PLS v.3.2.9 can be seen in Table 1. It is known that all outer loading values or correlations between constructs and variables consisting of Digital Literacy Training (X), HR Development (Z), Entrepreneurial Performance (Y1) and Intention to Leave (Y2) have met convergent validity because they have an outer loading / loading factor value of ˃ 0.70. There is also data on Discriminate validity, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), composite reliability and Cronbach's alpha and B. Structural Model Evaluation (Inner Model) / Goodness of Fit.

The respondents for this study consisted of young people who participated in an internship program at a start-up company under the Millennial Job Center MCJ (talents) program in East Java. A total of 562 talents who were ready to work as freelancers from 21 start-up projects throughout Indonesia. To ensure the accuracy and representation of the results Initially, the sample size was determined using the Experience Sampling Method (ESM) with Ethica software which gives researchers valuable insights into subject behavior, cognitive abilities, and answers important questions such as "what's on their mind" or "what activities are you doing right now?". ESM minimizes bias from recalling past events and memories. To mitigatebias and ensure that the sample accurately reflects the millennial generation population, a random sampling method was employed to create diverse and representative sample. To ensure the quality and integrity of the data, the selected respondents were respondents who completed the questionnaire within 30 minutes. After this criterion was determined, the total valid respondents were 137 respondents.
