Guilherme KucekiDescription
All patients who completed six monthly CRT sessions between 2023 and 2024 were included in this retrospective analysis, comprising fourteen individuals (aged 20–56 years; 13 males, 1 female) diagnosed with Norwood-Hamilton type III–IV androgenetic alopecia (AGA). All patients had previously demonstrated inadequate clinical response to topical 5% minoxidil. Hair density (terminal hair count per cm2) and hair thickness (cumulative terminal hair width, µm/cm2) were quantitatively assessed using artificial intelligence trichoscopy in the frontal (10 cm from glabella), mid (15 cm from glabella), and vertex (20 cm from glabella) scalp regions before and one month after the treatment protocol.
