Description

Diet-induced obese (DIO) mice was utilized to evaluate the effect and mechanism of black tea extract (BTE) on fatty liver and fatty kidney. LC-MS/MS was performed to identify the altered lipid and find the potential lipid targets of BTE in fatty liver and fatty kidney.
