Rose Leaf Disease Detection Dataset
Description
#Description: Roses are widely valued as symbols of love, purity, and affection, and they also hold significant economic value as a commercial crop. Unfortunately, rose plants are often impacted by various leaf diseases that reduce both their aesthetic appeal and profitability. To help address this issue, we created a specialized dataset of rose leaf images to support research in machine learning, specifically for disease identification. #Dataset Content This dataset was collected through field visits to Golaap Gram, Allah Vorsha Nursery, and Daffodil Nursery, with images captured under natural daylight to ensure clarity and detail. It includes 4,725 high-quality rose leaf images, organized into five categories: 1. Black Spot: 788 images 2. Downy Mildew: 390 images 3. Mosaic: 436 images 4. Insect Infested: 610 images 5. Healthy: 2,501 images To optimize its utility for research, the dataset has undergone preprocessing steps, including image classification, noise reduction, background removal, and augmentation.
