Description

MapToCleave_feature_importance_estimation.txt, Related to Figure 7B. The data frame of features profiled from MapToCleave processed and unprocessed miRNA precursors were used for the feature importance estimation in Figure 7B. The values in the column “log2_fold_change” are log2 fold change of the mean hairpin expression (RPM) between the transfected cells and the mock HEK-293T cells. The 1, 0 and NA values in the column of sequence motifs mean presence, absent or unknown. The columns of “free_energy_4mer_atposition” represents the local free energy of 4-mer window sliding through the hairpin, which was measured in the method section “Profiling local free energy of MapToCleave hairpins” but using a 4-mer window. The columns of “Shannon_entropy_atposition_from_5p/3p_start” represent positional Shannon entropy measured in the method section “Profiling Shannon entropy of MapToCleave hairpins”.
