Description

MPS sequencing of TSLP and IL7R for 703 individuals within the PEER study. The pid column is a random participant identifier. Each other column indicates whether individual in column "pid" contains a given SNP. Column headings correspond to location of an individual SNP along the appropriate gene, using reference genome GRCh37. TSLP file contains all variants identified. IL7R file contains all variants with MAF >=1%.
