Steps to reproduce
To reproduce the dataset, download the three Excel files provided in this repository: 1) Neka_Metals_Soil_Dataset.xlsx – contains measured concentrations of V, Ni, Zn, Cd, Pb and soil properties (sand, silt, pH, EC, OC, humidity). 2) Neka_Earthworms.xlsx – contains counts of earthworms recorded at each sampling point. 3) Neka_Collembola.xlsx – contains counts of collembola recorded at each sampling point. Each row represents one sampling location around Shahid Salimi Neka Power Plant. No additional processing is required; the files contain the exact values used in the analysis of the associated research article.
