Description

This online dataset includes the in situ copepod growth and production rates, primary production, nutrient concentrations and plankton community assemblage we measured in the East China Sea and South China Sea. File "TableA1_CPdatabase.xls" presents the secondary and primary production, stoichiometry and other key environmental data. File "AbunRatioCopepod.xls" presents the abundance (ind/m3) of main copepod groups. File "BiovRatioPhyto.xls" present the biovolume (um3/L) of main phytoplankton groups. The R file "MTE_AnalysisPublishPiO.R" includes our codes for data analyses.
