The dataset of “Neuronal activity in dorsal dentate gyrus during extinction regulates fear memory renewal” was include the data used in the paper, the data was analysis using GraphPad Prism software. The behavior data was collection by Coulbourn software, the image data was collect by inverted fluorescence microscope (IX73, Olympus, Japan) with a 4× objective was used, positive cell were counted by using Image J based on the Mouse Brain in Stereotaxic Coordinates.
