Weekly Influenza-like Illness (ILI) Cases in Region XI, Philippines from July 2019 to March 2023

These datasets are the Weekly and Monthly Data of Influenza -like Illness Cases in Region XI, Philippines from July 2019 to March 2023, collated from the Weekly Disease Surveillance Report published by the Department of Health (can be accessed at https://doh.gov.ph/statistics). The following data were used for the undergraduate study of Alyssa Onorario, studying Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics at the University of the Philippines Mindanao, with her thesis entitled "Multi-step Forecast of Influenza-like Illness Using Long Short Term Memory." **Note: For the weekly data, the highlighted values are imputed ones, since the data for those weeks are not available in the site.
