A service evaluation of a community project combining psychoeducation and mind-body complementary approaches to support those with Long Covid in the UK. The C-19 Yorkshire Rehabilitation Scale (C-19 YRS) was one tool used to capture information about the participants who took part in the project. Each participant completed the C-19 YRS once at the start of the project. The data helped inform the support each individual may need.

Steps to reproduce
Participants registered to join our project were sent a link via email to complete a electronic modified version of the C-19 Yorkshire Rehabilitation Scale set up on Microsoft office forms. The data was then downloaded to Microsoft Excel to inform practice and for analysis.
