The dataset for chloroplast genome sequences of 72 Brassica accessions

This dataset contains 72 whole chloroplast genomes mainly in Brassica genus, including the sequences of the common six species in U's triangle and also for the C-genome and B-genome wild species. They were generated by de novo assembled of the respective reads derived from high-throughtput sequnencing of the cytoplasmic DNA. The sequnecing were performed on Illumina Hiseq2500 sequencing platform. The assembly were performed by the SOAPdenovo software package. These sequences can be used for phylogenetic analyses and other related studies.
