Data (data_4_GLMM.csv) and R script (report_LMM_for_GRIA4_methylation.R) to reproduce the analyses in Hypermethylated GRIA4, potential biomarker for an early non-invasive detection of metastasis of clinically known colorectal cancer by Lukacova E, Burjanivova T, Podlesniy P, Grendar M, Turyova E, Kasubova I, Laca L, Mikolajcik P, Kudelova E, Vanochova A, Miklusica J, Lasabova Z. The resulting report is in report_LMM_for_GRIA4_methylation.html.

Steps to reproduce

The following directory structure is expected: ./_data, where the data csv is to be stored; ./_R, where the R script is to be placed and it should be set as the working directory in RStudio; ./_out, where the output will be saved.
