Description

Cross-sectional data gathered from 204 emergency nurses in South Africa. The study aimed to investigate the effects of emergency nurses’ job demands and job resources on their capabilities and to study the effects of these variables on their burnout. A total of 204 emergency nurses in a South African context participated in a cross-sectional survey. The Job Demands-Resources Scale, the Capability Set for Work Questionnaire, and the Burnout Assessment Tool – Short Form were administered.
