Description
This dataset contains original images used for the calibration of O2 optodes and the O2 concentration gradient for the paper "Noise vs Resolution in Optical Chemical Imaging: How confident are we in what we measure?" For both, calibration and experiment, the jpg images have been separated by the software look@RGB and relevant color images (red channel and one green channel) are collected here. The procedure of how to analyze the data is presented in the corresponding paper and the code, written in Python, can be downloaded vis GitHub (https://github.com/silviaelisabeth/Noise-vs-Resolution).
