Description

This dataset comprises baseline study of 495 informal sector workers and 28,501 health insurance members data drawn from the Ghana National Health Innsurace Scheme (NHIS). A face-to-face method was employed to collect a baseline data between December 2018 and February 2019 using a questionnaire. A follow-up survey was conducted in December 2019 and a comparison group drawn from the NHIS membershiop database through a formal request. The data is devoid of personal identifiers such as names and contact details. These information were removed to protect the identity of the study participants.
