HTPRootSlides Segment Dataset

Description

This dataset is designed for plant phenotyping and is associated with the paper: "HTPRootSlides: A High-Throughput and High-Frequency Phenotyping Platform for Rapid Root Germination Analysis." The dataset comprises RGB images captured at various seed germination stages of major crops, including rice, wheat, maize, and soybean. These images have been meticulously annotated for fine-grained semantic segmentation. Each image is segmented into two distinct classes: background and root. The dataset is organized into folders containing RGB images in the .jpg format and their corresponding annotations in the .png format.
