This supplementary dataset provides comprehensive geochemical data for Sr/Ca ratios in biogenic apatite, supporting the study's ontogenetic and paleoenvironmental framework. The dataset comprises a total of 10 tables (2 main tables and 7 supplementary tables), organized as follows: Table 1, Relationships between (Sr/Ca)PO₄ and conodont biometrics (length and weight).
