Supplement for Severe pustular eruptions from Amivantamab: A case series

Description

Patient 1's eruption demonstrated substantial improvement after a six month period in which amivantamab was interrupted and she received doxycycline 100 mg twice daily, prednisone, topical corticosteroids, tretinoin, and ketoconazole shampoo. Patient 1's eruption resolved with after 3 months of acitretin 20 mg daily, but widespread scarring alopecia remained.
