Lipidomics and proteomics data from STGD1 mouse model and patient-derived iPSC-RPE cells
Description
This repository contains datasets associated with the manuscript titled “DGAT1-Mediated Lipid–Retinoid Buildup Causes Metabolic Impairment in the RPE of Stargardt Disease.” The repository includes three sets of raw and processed data: (1) Lipidomics data from 3- and 4- month-old Wild-type and Abca4 knockout mice neural retina and retinal pigment epithelium. (2) Lipidomics data from 2.5- and 7-month in culture normal and Stargardt patient (H)- iPSC RPE. (3) Proteomics data from 6- month-old Wild-type and Abca4 knockout mice retinal pigment epithelium.
