Description

The electromagnetic characterization was performed using a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) model N5235A, with the Agilent software package. The coaxial airline method (Type-N 7 mm) and rectangular waveguide method (WR-90, WR-62, WR-42, and WR-28) mechanical calibration kit was used to calibrate the VNA in the frequency range of 100 MHz to 18 GHz (coaxial airline) and 8.2 to 12.4 GHz (waveguide). Scattering Parameters (S–Parameters (S11; S21; S22; S12)). Relative complex permittivity (εr = ε’ – jε”) and the relative complex permeability (μr = μ’ – jμ”).
