Description

The dataset reports input data regarding electron elastic and inelastic scattering. As investigated materials were considered Cu, Ag and Au and the electron kinetic energy was set at 1000eV. These files report values about: - elastic mean free path (EMFP) - inelastic mean free path (IMFP) - differential elastic scattering cross section (DESCS) - differential inverse inelastic mean free path (DIIMFP) - cumulative elastic probability distribution (PEL) - cumulative inelastic probability distribution(PINEL)
