Description

This is a study of the plasma metabolic profiles of children living with and without HIV from the Childhood HAART Alterations in Normal Growth, Genes, and aGing Evaluation Study. Plasma samples were analysed by Metabolon using the Global Discovery Panel. The uploaded data represents a de-identified version of the client data table from Metabolon. The batch-normalised data sheet was used for all analyses in the associated publication.
