Daniel HierDescription
The Neuro Ontology has 1163 concepts (classes) to describe the neurological examination. This rectangular Excel file contains distance measurements between concepts based on the algorithm suggested by Wu and Palmer. Distances vary between 0.0 (close) and 1.0 (distant). Findings are organized into 8 major branches: motor, sensory, mental status, cranial nerves, coordination, gait and balance, head and neck, and reflexes, and symptoms. Finding from different branches of the ontology have a distance measure of 1.0 by default.
