Description

Mouse paw electrical stimuli data (5 sec of stim off, 5 sec stim on, 10 sec stim off, repeated blocks 14 times). 2Hz pulse of electrical stimulus. Framerate 8.4Hz. Frames are 78x78 pixels. Variables are gcamp and Oxy for gcamp fluorescence data and oxy hemoglobin respectively, each pixels x pixels x frames x blocks. Variables Avggcamp and AvgOxy averaged run over blocks. Act2 is the average gcamp frame over the stimulus on frames. Each frame consists of an image of the dorsal cortical surface of each Thy1-GCaMP6f expressing mouse. Four sequential LED channels were used; blue (470nm) for GCaMP6 excitation, green (530nm), yellow (590nm), and red (625nm) for hemoglobin spectroscopy.
