This research dataset focuses on various aspects of healthcare service delivery, patient demographics, and medical conditions. It contains detailed information on the following: Prescription Availability and Encounter Criteria: Records the availability of prescriptions and the criteria for encounters, which could include medical, caregiver, or patient-initiated visits. Patient Demographics: Includes data on patient and caregiver details such as age (categorized into ranges), gender, residence, and working place/type. Medical Conditions: Captures the prevalence of chronic and acute conditions, including asthma, diabetes, thyroid disorders, hypertension, central nervous system (CNS) conditions, and chronic renal failure (CRF). Medication Groups Used: Tracks the types of medications prescribed, categorized into antimicrobials, cardiovascular, respiratory, nutrition and vitamins, analgesics, CNS medications, diabetes medications, gastrointestinal (GIT) medications, hormonal medications, and others. Knowledge Assessment: Assesses the knowledge of patients, co-patients, and caregivers regarding diagnosis, medication instructions, side effects, dosage regimens, the importance of adherence, follow-up, and medication indications. Healthcare Providers: Identifies the type of healthcare providers involved, including pharmacists, general physicians, dentists, psychiatrists, specialists, and consultants. Also includes data on self-care practices. Follow-Up Responses: Evaluates responses to follow-up phone calls, providing insights into patient engagement and care continuity. Medical Problem Categories: Categorizes medical problems counseled during encounters, including CNS and psychiatric disorders, respiratory problems, cardiovascular issues, orthopedic problems, ophthalmics, dermatitis, sexual disorders, hormonal/endocrine disorders, ENT issues, GIT problems, nutritional deficiencies, renal/urinary tract problems, oro-facial problems, and non-medical issues
