Description

This dataset comprises Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) analyses of the leaves and stems of ten medicinal tree species gathered from Bowen University Campus and mini forest: a part of the tropical rainforest in Osun State, Nigeria. The research identified the chemical components and functional groups of the species. For a comprehensive description of each data item including the list of tree species, FTIR analytes, and interpretation, please consult the accompanying document titled 'Ten Tree Species FTIR Data.'
