The dataset captures data on adopting improved cookstoves in the Dundori Forest adjacent community. It captures data on the factors that affect the adoption of improved cookstoves. These include household characteristics, cooking stove characteristics, market characteristics, and social, economic, institutional, and cultural factors. The study tests if these factors affect the adoption of improved cook stoves in the community.

Steps to reproduce
The data was collected using a multistage sampling design. First, 12 sublocations were chosen purposively for the study, sublocations that border the forest. The respondents were allocated to the sublocations proportionately based on their populations. Thirdly, respondents were chosen in each sublocation using systematic sampling.
