Description

- 1H-NMR: for structure elucidation of the synthesized blowing agents - ATR-FTIR: raw and processed spectra used for calculating the extent of polymerization during UV curing of the acrylic ink matrix - DSC (raw and processed) of the blowing agents and ink formulations showing the processes of blowing agent decomposition and thermal and UV-curing of the ink matrix; the DSCs were baseline-corrected and normalized to weight - Profilometry: heights of printed and foamed layers used for calculation of the expansion after foaming - TGA: raw and processed data showing the thermal stability of the foamable ink - microscopy: microscopic pictures of printed and foamed layers, top- and cross section views; used for the interpretation of height expansion and foam morphology
