This research is an analysis of the customer behaviour to purchase packaging product of Softbox. Which later on could be formulated into new business strategy and busienss model canvas. Consumer behaviour is covering the buying process and repeat buying phenomenon in the busineses. This analysis is very helpful for packaging businesspeople and the analysis object of this study is a customer of Studiosapi Softbox consist of entrepreneur (B2B) and individual (B2C). The analytical method that used in this study is a qualitative approach and this paper’s result of consumer behaviour will be able to be formulated into business strategies for corresponding business.
