Description

Male mice were subjected to frequent and mild scrotal heat stress (fmSHS,performed at 37℃ for 30 min every time, and repeated for 5 times) and control. This is a whole genome bisulfite sequencing of the DNA from these mice, which showed some differentially methylated region between control and fmSHS mice. The fmSHS sperm DNA revealed that DMRs overlapped 107 promoters (81 hypermethylated and 26 hypomethylated) and 622 gene body (dataset).. Three files (DMR_infotar.gz, mC_density.tar.gz, Methy_Info.tar.gz) were too big to load up. The main information on DMRs were collected in 2 excle tables.
