Description

This export handbook, prepared for SERCOTEC's Business Development Centers Program, is an essential tool for MSMEs wishing to expand their presence in international markets. Designed to support both entrepreneurs and advisors of the 62 Centers and 37 satellites of the network, it comprehensively addresses each phase of the export process: from the identification of opportunities to logistics management and international payment methods. Its main objectives are to provide clear information on key export concepts, guide in detecting opportunities in global markets, offer tools for effective export planning and management, facilitate understanding of logistical and legal aspects, train advisors to offer effective support, and foster an export culture among Chilean MSMEs. The handbook highlights exports as a strategic element for the growth, modernization and development of the production chains of the network's clients.
