Steps to reproduce
download the entire folder and run birect2.m, choose the function number to minimize. To switch to version 1 uncomment line 406, by commenting previous line. Check the appropriate hyper-interval in http://www-optima.amp.i.kyoto-u.ac.jp/member/student/hedar/Hedar_files/TestGO.htm, or https://www.sfu.ca/~ssurjano/index.html
