Macrophage membrane proteomics upon deplolarization

Description

After depolarization treatment, a series of membrane protein were changed significantly. We collected the total membrane protein of the mouse peritoneal macrophages as previous studies do, and then analyzed by Mass Spectrometry. After p-value screening, we finally got the differential expressed protein list and analyzed by GO and KEGG pathway enrichment to make sense the pivotal pathway involved in the depolarization events.
