Data associated with the single molecule footprinting analysis are provided below and consist of: (i) A folder "fastq_files_all_reads" that includes paired end fastq files (R1 and R2) for the 6 samples considered in the analysis, (ii) A folder "Reconstituted_reads_for_analysis" that includes all reconstituted reads used for generated the clustering analysis and heatmap (number downsampled to the sample with the lowest number of reads) (iii) The script used for the analysis, named "porEnhancerAlignmentClusteringAnalysis.ipynb"
