Description

This is raw data for the article entitled "Performance enhancement of inverted perovskite solar cells through lithium-ion diffusion from nickel oxide hole transport layer to the perovskite absorber". These data helped us interpret how the diffusion of lithium ions from the nickel oxide hole transport layer to the perovskite layer helped improve the performance of our inverted perovskite solar cells.
