A file: this data is about the degradation of fungicide penconazole in apple. The residue of penconazole in apple fruits were detected by the UPLC-MS/MS. The initial data showed the area of chromatographic peak. In order to verify validate the developed method, the recovery experiment was conducted and the recovery rates were presented. B file: the activity of SOD and POD, and the content of MDA in apple fruits were detected by the microplate reader. The experimental treatments included spraying penconazole with non-bagging, spraying water as control group with non-bagging, spraying penconazole with bagging, and spraying water as control group with bagging.
