Description
Processed data and analysis code accompanying Seasonal and Interannual Variability of Ekman Pumping Velocity in the Maluku Sea from 2004–2023. Includes derived Ekman Pumping Velocity fields, seasonal climatology, ENSO event classification, EOF modes, spatial correlation results, and the Python/Jupyter notebook used to generate all analyses and figures. Raw input data (ERA5, GLORYS12V1, GlobColour, SLA altimetry) are not included here and remain publicly available from the Copernicus Marine Service under their own DOIs, cited in the manuscript's Data Availability Statement.

Steps to reproduce
Run EP_Maluku_Analysis.ipynb in Jupyter Notebook (Python 3.x) with the packages listed in the notebook's import cell (xarray, numpy, pandas, scipy, statsmodels, cartopy, shapely, pymannkendall). Raw input data (ERA5, GLORYS12V1, GlobColour, SLA altimetry) must be downloaded separately from the Copernicus Marine Service using the product DOIs listed in the accompanying manuscript's Data Availability Statement, and file paths in the Setup section updated accordingly. Run cells sequentially from top to bottom.
