Description

The curve of the springback angles changing with the peak pulse current densities under the condition of different bending angles. It can be seen from the curve that the springback angle of samples decreases with the increase of the pulse current density when the bending angle is the same. When the current density is increased from 0 to 80A/mm2, the springback angles of the test samples with different bending angles of the mold decrease by 7°to 9°. The experimental results show that the pulse current can effectively improve the plastic deformation ability and reduce the springback angle when the nanocrystalline Ni foil is bent.
