This dataset contains 24 months of hospital-level cataract surgery activity, outpatient attendance, and intraocular lens inventory movement from Chevron Eye Hospital & Research Centre, Chattogram, Bangladesh, covering January 2024 to December 2025. For each month it records outpatient numbers, SICS and phacoemulsification surgery counts, and, for 28 IOL products, the opening stock, purchases, units used, closing stock, and unit price. Alongside the two de-identified raw workbooks, it includes processed CSV tables, a data dictionary, and the Python script that builds them, so the results can be reproduced. No patient-identifiable information is included.
