This dataset is designed to help users learn and apply the new analytical method of three-dimensional Gaussian fitting to process small-sample DOM-EEMs. In particular, merge.py contains the code for three-dimensional Gaussian fitting, while 2.py contains the code for the R² test, which evaluates the quality of the Gaussian fit. R2 data.zip contains EEM plots of cut Raman and Rayleigh scattering used in the R² test; data.zip consists of raw data plots generated by the F7000 for 3D Gaussian fitting analysis.
