Description

We herein describe the 153 subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) patients dataset treated in Suwa Red Cross Hospital. The term is 2012 to 2019. We retrospectively investigated their characteristics from the medical records. This dataset includes neurological status, physiological symptoms, laboratory data, radiological findings on admission, and modified Rankin Scale scores at 4 weeks and 6 months. This dataset was used for making a deep learning-based outcome prediction model. Remarkably, this dataset includes temporal muscle thickness and area, and other characteristics of SAH patients, which are usually not focused on. Therefore, this dataset may be useful for reference values for other neurosurgeons and hospitals, and this dataset can be used for further statistical and deep learning-based analysis.
